Your tasks

  • Development and implementation of a future-oriented sales strategy with a focus on partner sales, cloud adoption and sustainable customer loyalty
  • Disciplinary and technical management of a motivated sales team
  • Responsibility for sales, incoming orders, pipeline quality and key performance indicators
  • Coaching and further development of your team - individually, structurally and as a role model
  • Doer mentality and enthusiasm for the creative possibilities of an up-and-coming medium-sized company
  • Building and maintaining a strong partner network - you are on site, convincing, inspiring
  • Close cooperation with the management and the management team in
  • Questions of go-to-market strategy and pricing
  • Active market monitoring and contributing new ideas for the further development of our portfolio

What you should bring with you

  • Completed studies (ideally in the field of business or IT)
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in B2B sales of SaaS products, including several years with management responsibility
  • Experience in building and scaling indirect sales channels/partner networks
  • You already have an existing network - ideally in the IT or SaaS environment
  • You think strategically, get involved operationally and inspire people - both internally and externally
  • Confident handling of CRM, reporting and KPI tools is part of your daily business
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
  • Proximity to one of our offices in Rosenheim, Heidelberg or Dortmund is an advantage
