Lead capture with OCR

With lead capture, it is possible to photograph business cards and then have them analyzed by our automatic document recognition system using optical character recognition technology (OCRT). Business cards can be read and their contents assigned to user-specific elements such as freely configurable measurement reports and lead capture forms. This data is then forwarded to the connected systems (CRM/ERP/CMS). This enables complete offline-capable lead capture.

Virtual order desk, top tasks, ...

  • Virtual order table: Articles can be marked as favorites and thus a user-specific collection can be put together.
  • Add-ons(natural discount): Items can now be marked as an add-on and added to the shopping cart from a certain value of goods.
  • Extended validation view in the shopping cart: The validation in the shopping cart has been extended by additional attributes.
  • Miscellaneous: The performance of the application has been increased to ensure an even smoother workflow and to improve the stability of the app. Compatibility for future updates (e.g. iOS 11) is still guaranteed.

Extended quantity input

The quantity input in the matrix view has been expanded to include direct input using the keyboard.

Delivery dates

Thanks to an extended logic for delivery dates, a desired delivery period can be mapped for each individual item.

Variant images within the matrix view

Clicking on the article image within the matrix view opens a popover that can be used to scroll through the available images at variant level.

Set articles

An additional set item view makes it easy to shop for related items. For example, the matching trousers and vest for a jacket are immediately listed for further shopping.

Delivery End Point

The delivery logic has been expanded so that, among other things, order deliveries can now also be mapped via branches or distribution centers to the final recipient of the goods.

Belt assignment - catalog in the middle belt

Within customizing, you can define the band on which the catalog is to be displayed.

Optimized size matrix

The size matrix has been revised and offers an improved overview of the items purchased. In addition, the sorting by (vertical) characteristics in the size matrix has been adjusted.

Product configurator

The functionality allows you to configure items individually within the app. For example, lettering, images or company logos can be configured and printed on the item. The configured items can also be displayed on the order confirmation.

The performance of the application has been increased to ensure an even smoother workflow and to improve the stability of the app.

Two new tabs are available for free use for marketing data (videos/PDFs/offline HTML) and online and offline forms

Offline and online forms

Offline and online forms from the start page or in the customer detail allow you to react quickly to new requirements for the software. Adjustments are made directly via your content management system and do not require the installation of a new app version.

Extended order copy

A comprehensive order copy can be created for the customer directly from the app.

Freely configurable visit reports

The new visit reports can be configured via customizing and can therefore be adapted to your individual needs.

Business card scanner for contact capture

The integrated business card scanner allows you to quickly record contacts with your customers.

Display of activities in the timeline

The customer timeline now also includes activities such as training courses, consultations, etc.

Extended customer statistics

In addition to the overall statistics for the last 24 months, the extended customer statistics also contain overviews for the individual sales fields.

Extended catalog navigation

Responsive pivots (cross-application)

A self-adjusting tab element has been introduced to accommodate the different screen sizes. Based on the available space, the system automatically decides whether to display one or two tabs next to each other.

Windows Phone support (cross-application)

With the switch to Windows 10, Windows Phones are now also supported. The new and repositioned navigation elements allow the app to be used efficiently with one hand.

Windows 10 support (cross-application)

The sales app has been adapted to the improved layout (new navigation elements / different scroll direction) of Windows 10. The new navigation bar was introduced. Furthermore, the content of the app (customer/article data) was placed in the foreground.
