AVL List

Together with AVL List in Steyr, BLUE-ZONE GmbH is creating a HIL (Hardware in the Loop) system for automated testing of hardware components such as control units for vehicles.
The system can record vehicle data during operation or transmit it immediately via radio module. This data can be replayed in the laboratory. Thus, real conditions can be simulated. In addition, errors can be simulated which occur extremely rarely in the real environment, e.g. to test extreme situations.
The HIL system can be easily adapted to the hardware components and is controlled via a PC application. Our quality standards for HIL systems go so far that even the automated testing of highly critical medical devices is safely possible.
